2) During pregnancy you should avoid ginger. Excessive eating ginger causes of miscarriage.
3) It has anti-platelet ingredients. So that if you eat more garlic then there will be a bleeding problem. If you take ginger with garlic then there is a risk to have excessive bleeding.
4) Many people say that eating more ginger makes mouth discomfort. Many people faces problem with the mouth and tongue from excessive eating of ginger.
5) Those who have blood pressure should avoid ginger according to cardiologist doctors.
